Orders are shipped from our different warehouses across the UK, Australia, Canada, and the US.

United Kingdom: Royal Mail (3 - 5 days)

All items are despatched within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order ships. We are trying our best to keep our deliveries running as smoothly and quickly as possible during these challenging times.

Australia: Australia Post (3 - 5 days)

All items are despatched within 48 hours.You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order ships. We are trying our best to keep our deliveries running as smoothly and quickly as possible during these challenging times. 

United States: USPS (3-5 days)

All items are despatched within 48 hours. We are trying our best to keep our deliveries running as smoothly and quickly as possible during these challenging times. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order ships.  

Canada: Canada Post (3 - 5 days)

All items are despatched within 48 hours. We are trying our best to keep our deliveries running as smoothly and quickly as possible during these challenging times. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking link once your order ships.

New Zealand: New Zealand Post (4 - 6 days)

All items are despatched within 48 hours. We are trying our best to keep our deliveries running as smoothly and quickly as possible during these challenging times. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order ships.

Rest of world (7 - 10 days)

All items shipped to addresses outside of the above countries can take up to 10 days to arrive. If your item has not arrived after 10 days, please contact a member of our customer service team at: info@puppyeux.com

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to Priority Processing & Insured Shipping. We do not ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the courier.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete address information is provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to avoid any delays.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the correct shipping address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please email us at: info@puppyeux.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. We accept no liability for undeliverable orders resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information. 

Deliveries directly from our suppliers

Please note that in some cases, orders will be sent directly from our suppliers in China. The principle reason for this being the case is due to a stock deficit at your national warehouse. Orders are only shipped directly from our Chinese suppliers when it will speed up your delivery.

Returns

By placing an order at Puppyeux, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our returns page to see if you are eligible for a return.

Covid-19 Implications 

As a result of the impact that Covid-19 has had on our distribution channels, please allow an additional 2 days for the shipping of all packages via our couriers. We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused.
