Q: How do I provide you with my address?
We will use the shipping address entered at checkout as the address to be engraved. If you would like a different address engraving, please let us know via email at: info@puppyeux.com
Q: How do I provide you with my telephone number?
As with the address, the mobile number entered at checkout will be used when engraving unless otherwise specified. Please get in touch via email at: info@puppyeux.com if you would like a different mobile number added to the name tag.
Q: What if I'd prefer to only have my number engraved?
That is no problem at all! If you would prefer to only have your dog's name and your mobile number engraved, just send us a quick email to let us know.
Q: Does the lifetime guarantee cost extra?
The lifetime guarantee is offered at no additional cost. If your name tag breaks or corrodes, please get in touch and we will be happy to send a replacement right away!
