Q: How do I fill up the bottle?
To fill the Portable Hydrator, simply twist the head of the bottle in an anti-clockwise motion. Fill the bottle with cold, fresh water.
Q: How do I clean the Portable Hydrator?
To best care for your Portable Hydrator, we recommend soaking in warm, soapy water before thoroughly rinsing with cold water.
Q: How do I fill up the drinking tray?
First, ensure the safety lock is slid upwards. Once the safety lock is disabled, press and hold the dispenser button until the tray has filled up.
Q: How do I suck back in water from the tray?
To suck back in any residual water from the drinking tray, simply tilt the tray at an updates angle and hold down the dispenser button.
