Q: What material is it made of?

The mattress is made from premium quality virgin cotton and luxurious faux fur to ensure your furry friend is surrounded by love and warmth.

Q: The size is too small/big

If you find that your mattress is either too small or too large, we have a 30-day return policy. Simply contact our customer service team at: info@puppyeux.com to process your exchange/refund.

The mattress is fully machine-washable. To keep your mattress in good condition, we recommend a full wash each month.

To wash, first remove the foam interior and wash on a gentle cycle, before tumble drying at low heat.
